Pricing questions
What counts as a site?
Any location or network with its own gateway: a store, clinic, warehouse, office or cloud VPC. A second gateway at the same site for redundancy does not add a site.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. The gateway runs on an existing Linux machine, a small VM or a Docker host at the location. We do not sell appliances.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days of the Operations plan for up to 5 sites, without a credit card. At the end you choose a plan or the gateways stop connecting.
How is a month billed when I add or remove sites?
Sites are counted daily and prorated, so a store added on the 20th is billed for the rest of that month only.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is shown on your invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, linked in the footer. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop renewing at the end of the billing period.
